Step 1 - Initial Consultation

Upon receiving your initial enquiry, we will promptly reach out to you to discuss your event plans and set up a consultation with one of our skilled Event Planners. During this consultation, we will work together to understand your vision for the event and offer guidance if needed. With our wealth of experience and efficient back-end management systems, we are committed to ensuring no detail is overlooked or forgotten, providing you with the best possible event planning experience. This consultation is provided to you without any obligation to engage our services.

Step 2 - Guarantee of Service

At Middleton Events, we pride ourselves on working only with the most reputable and experienced suppliers in the industry, with whom we have built long-standing relationships through over 35,000 successful events. We take the guesswork out of supplier selection by thoroughly vetting and selecting the best fit for your specific event needs. Our team guarantees to provide a level of service that is unmatched by any other event planning company. Your dedicated Event Planner will provide comprehensive information, timelines, and briefing notes to all suppliers, and you have the option to meet with them directly or through your planner.

Step 3 - Save Time and Money

Our services are designed to not only save you time, but also money. We estimate that you could save hundreds of hours of planning time and up to $7,000 in costs. As we have established relationships with the best suppliers in the industry, you can trust that you are partnering with the very best. Our rates are negotiated for both peak and off-peak times based on availability, providing you with the best possible value. Additionally, we offer free vouchers to help you put the finishing touches on your event. You have the freedom to choose your preferences and we will do our best to deliver the suppliers that match your needs. With us, you can have peace of mind, save time, and save money. Plus, you’ll only receive one bill for the entire event.

Step 4 - Confirm Event Package and Selections

After you have reviewed all the information provided, we will leave it with you for your consideration. If you decide to hire us to plan your event, we will request a 30% deposit to secure your booking and a booking agreement that outlines the terms and conditions for both parties. The remaining balance for your event is due in full 2 weeks before the date. All payments are placed into a secure account and distributed to suppliers 2 weeks before your event. You may also make payments at your convenience as desired.

Your dedicated Event Planner will guide you through the process and help you select from various suppliers based on your preferences. You can customize your package and make changes such as adding guests, swapping or adding inclusions, and upgrading directly with your chosen supplier. Your Event Planner will be there every step of the way to ensure your event is tailored to your needs and preferences.

Step 5 - Start Planning

At this point, the excitement is palpable and the planning phase is in full swing, which is arguably the most enjoyable part of the process (aside from the celebration and party itself). Your Event Planner will work closely with you to ensure all confirmations, contracts, supplier and venue bookings are accurate and secured. Should you have any queries, alterations or apprehensions, simply reach out to your Event Planner and they will promptly address them. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that your event is both fun and stress-free, and above all, the best it can be!

Step 6 - Show Time

After all the hard work and planning, it’s finally time for you to sit back, relax, and enjoy your event. Your Event Planner will be by your side on the day, coordinating with all suppliers and ensuring that every detail is taken care of. We will not leave until all formalities have concluded, and we are committed to making your event spectacular.
