Ask The DJ App and QR Code
Ask the DJ is a convenient and free online feature provided by Middleton Events that enables your guests to send music requests and comments through any device with a web browser. It’s a fantastic tool for guests to send a shoutout and request their favorite songs.
Our DJs receive the requests in their Virtual DJ software, allowing them to search, load a song within seconds, and reply to the request. However, if a song is inappropriate or does not fit the client’s preferred style and genre, the request won’t be played. This feature helps keep guests engaged and entertained throughout the event, ensuring they stay longer.
Pre Event Guests Request System
Middleton Events offers its clients a unique URL that can be shared with their guests through invitations, email, social media, or other means of communication. This URL allows guests to access the event planning portal and request or dedicate songs.
Guests will not have access to any of the client’s personal information or selections, but they can browse through a sample music database and submit their requests from anywhere in the world.
The client will be notified within 15 seconds of a guest’s request via email and will have complete control over whether to accept or reject the request. If the client accepts the request, it will be added to the guest request system. This feature is a great way to know in advance what your guests want to hear and allows you to customise your playlist accordingly.
